Hello,
This is my first post.. I checked the search bar for Constructive Service Credit (and similar) and there's not much info on here besides a topic about officer promotion overhaul. This is surprising, since I thought it would be a hot topic. I have NOT talked to a recruiter about this yet.
What is the Navy doing about constructive service credit when commissioning for non-health professionals? Has it been implemented? Is it common?
If a position doesn't require the specialized training/education possessed by the applicant, such as aviator, would it still be counted?
