Sorry guys. I can't help you there. I guess those [particularly lucky] SWOs can get some perks despite how painful the job's known to be, and by perks, I mean the best tour you could get out of the US military, especially for a JO who likes/wants to travel. But then there's the SWOs who end up on minesweepers for a tour in hostile territory. It could go either way. But think about it this way: once you separate, you can go where you want to go, no strings attached. It will be expensive though. Euro-trips aren't cheap...

Yeah...you never know when those terrorist fish with the suicide vests are going to swim up and attack you boat. You've also got to watch out for the radicalized termites or Islamic shipworms.

If you can't get a Training Officer flying tour, CSG15/4 are a pretty good deal for 2nd sea tour.
