IS GERD waiverable?

after you have had a few people DQ by N3M and the N3M doc tell you that there are many others out there that won't need waivers you kind of feel that you are giving people false hope and wasting their time by submitting a waiver. I would always tell them the hard facts and if they wanted to go through with it they could.

Yes that makes perfect sense. I am just a bit disappointed because I was totally unaware of it until I obtained my records and I have had no issues besides that one month of my life.

I would still submit the waiver anyway. Never hurts and who knows, I’ve had instances where i thought someone would get a NO end up getting a YES.

I am going to fly back home and have a follow up with that doctor to see if that would help. Thank you for your advice.
