I think it has been adequately covered in other posts since. L4 isn't a strike lead. That's a completely separate qual that lies outside of ACTC. FWIW, VAQ is more or less aligned with the VFA model.

MC is a 2 seat thing. In single seat, it is just default the senior aviator in the flight, even if an FNG with another fNG. Not an ACTC qual. Pilot Man accurately described the VFA side

Level 3: Jacksonville RONs
Level 4: San Diego RONs
Level 5: Hawaii RONs
