Helo bubbas can get Vertrep aboard USNS. Stick and rudder, much better living conditions, lot more port calls.
Of course, our jet brethren get acrobatics and bombs on target.
Then again, the P8 dudes don't go aboard the boat and get massive amounts of per diem.
That should save everybody a lot of typing.

I was going with the whole "motivate the new guy who seems a little down" approach. Don't worry, you're still cool.
I'm not worried.
Nothing wrong with your approach. I just think my scenario is a bit more realistic. 
What about the prophook dudes/dudettes?
