Congrats to all who were Pro-Rec'd Yes! You are giving hope to those of us who are still waiting for our boards to convene.

I've been living vicariously through this thread as I look toward the October IDC board (just got started on my packet in January). Any stats out there on how many slots were filled for FY13 and 14, and what sort of applicants got picked up in addition to those posting above? Looking for an early read on the level of competition for this fall, assuming the sequester doesn't come along and blow the whole thing out of the water...

The data you would want to know is how many picked up are AD or prior service compared to civilian, and who had tech degrees (or a tech associates but rec'd a BA).

So update. . .

Only one person who isn't AD has been notified between here and on the OCS fourm

According to my OR there was a list sent out to the reciters with the explicit instructions to *not* notify the applicants because it isn't final.

No update as to when we might find out.

but here are the AD people who have found out yes and their stats I have chosen to exclude the one NP because who knows what is really going on

Beefalo 2.9 42 AD m intel
MK91 3.05 71 intel
nelson 3.7 48 P prec swo
awturbo 3.75 64 AD intel

Sumit 3.88 54 AD IW/supply
mike_navy 3.94 50 ad m Intel
navyintel 3.94 50 AD m intel
dres14 ad
matt smith SWO-Intel
xia xia supply

Funny thing is when it is put in CIRIMS or BOL it is final, it has to be final BEFORE it is sent out otherwise it cannot leave NRC, but in the past recruiters have emailed out the list to their applicants, and the list contains non select as well, we were hammered on that one.

So has any one from the Street heard yes or no?

NavyOffRec do you have access to the list or can you check names?

There are a few on here that are civilians that have been given a thumbs up. I have to send the names to a friend of mine, the last one I sent there was no data in the computer, and I have no response on the others but my friend is now off today.

Precisely... Is this data typically released or made available? If so, might you be able to post it here when ready? Thanks!

I've been hearing from a few people that while their kit was turned in on time, it didn't make it to the board, and in fact upwards of 80+ kits ran into the same situation. So, maybe their figuring out what to do about those kits and they don't want OR to tell people since it may change? It was my understanding this was for only the street applicants.

In the past if they have had too many kits they have just taken the first so many to board and pushed the others, this has happened with Supply, reserve supply, and a couple others, at one board they just rejected ever Intel application but kept those that had IW and such.

Ah ok. Which means they're probably just cleaning everything up before release?
