Wow. It's really bad when the passengers have to restrain the pilot.

I really LIKE Jet Blue, too. They're going to have a ton of civil suits on their hands, though.

It blows my mind how some people "snap."

I'm sort of iffy on the whole "snap" thing. Never done it, don't know, but if my shit was in the street, I'd hope I'd know it in the "I feel like Rosie O'Donnell's ass" phase and ask for a few days off before I entered "a day in the life of Dennis Hopper" phase.

He probably just snapped after being overruled for the Nth time by Erect-A-Plane's computer system. The probable sin was likely trying to fly the plane. Can't we somehow sue Airpus here?
