I just purchased by books for my next quarter of classes. Is anybody else taking classes through to December?

EDIT: Also, who is stationed at NRS Lynnwood?

It seems that "by next week" is intentionally vague, meaning it could come out any time between now and the end of next week, which most of us already assumed that anyway. Either way, I'm willing to bet no earlier than Friday for sure.

I'm not. I'm taking my College Algebra final on Friday and relaxing after that. Note: accelerated math classes are not a good idea.

Ive decided to take a break for a month after my courses end this month...going to start right back up in December though

Speaking as a Nuke MMC, a former NFAS Instructor, and a 3 time STA-21 applicant, I can guarantee that you're being fed wrong information. The other guys have it right; you have to either be a student/instructor in the pipeline, a FIDE staff member, or go core and screen for it. I'm not bashing you, I've just heard that a lot from guys in the fleet. There was actuallly a guy on my current ship that almost put in for Nuke this year until I showed him the instruction.

Not me. Haven't taken any classes in the past 10 months unfortunately. No classes during 'C' School and no classes until fully qualified at this command. Thank god I'll be finishing my quals this month.

I guess I was mistaken, but I wouldn't be a good nuke if I didn't nit-pick...
going core it is possible to be a nuke officer from a non training command and I was totally considering the FIDE as not a training command...
But seriously I was totally wrong, apologies to all.

Called the STA-21 office and they said that the NAVADMIN is on the Admirals desk and that he is on TAD until the end of the week. Early next week would be the latestest we should see it. Good luck guys!
