Yea, just commenting on the fact that Meridian sucks ass. So how's Lemoore/Whidbey/Oceana for night life/life in general? I hear Lemoore is non-existent.
 
That's what you get for picking jets. Sorry you didn't get the memo.

I hear there are a lot of stray cats up there. Happy hunting.
 
Norfolk/Oceana is not bad. I live out by the backside of Oceana, and there is a crapton to do within a 30 minute drive.

You can live within walking distance of nightlife in a few spots in Hampton Roads. I can sorta walk home from the O-Club at NTU, but have to scale a fence in the process.
 
If and when you get to Lemoore -PM me. I'll take you to where the women are the cat's ass. Green bag dressed dudes don't usually go top these places. Elbow Room, Lime Lite, La Campania or the Standard.

Only place I went in Lemoore was that casino... And that place ROCKED. It was huge (for an Indian Reservation type of casino anyhow). Buffet sucked though; was straight out of National Lampoons Vegas Trip.
 
From Kingsville to Meridian, the Buckeye and the Goshawk and all the intense training that comes along with selecting Jets.

Taken straight from the forumn's title. I don't see the problem. Granted, the hurricane took HoJo's, but you're 3 hours from NoLa and 4.5 hours from Atlanta..........
 
And ~1.5hrs from Tuscaloosa. Also good backpacking in the Talladega National Forest, which is about a 3.5hr drive east IIRC.

And Lemoore? You must have not been to that Mexican restaurant El Tarasco yet. Right in heart of greater downtown Lemoore, just over the tracks. Good stuff.

What else do you want? Try spending 6 weeks working on a radar system in Shemya Alaska. That will freeze your banana.:D:D:D
