My roommate bailed on the condo(not really her fault) and the place is open for options. I'm thinking about giving up the master bedroom to allow the place to be rented for a couple or just getting a roommate would be great. The master bedroom is huge like (25x10) and I could see 2 people getting a bunk bed and doing something creative with the room if they wanted-but that would be their call.
I'm a clean person, non-smoking and have no-pets.
I'm currently on the lease so you wouldn't have to put in a deposit, but you'd have the option to take over if you were to stay an extra 6 months, etc.
The total rent cost is 1295 per month and the electric during the worst month, august is(less than 270) and about 120 for the rest of the year. It's really energy efficient and the place has a laundry list of reasons you should pick it for a place to live. I'm looking to share the place 50/50 either way. It is a 2 bed room place(though it really should have 3 or 4). It's worth it. You will be impressed.
