Come to think of it, the Applebee's by the base here in Norfolk closed not too long ago. Hmmm...

Applebee's like Kmart sucks. Do they still have Carlos Murphy's down there? They were great 25 years ago, hmmmmm potato skins. :tongue2_1

Never heard of Carlos Murphy. Was it some Mexican/Irish eatery??
 
Supposedly the movie cranked up enlistment rates. Could be, I don’t know. I saw it with a young fellow in my neighborhood he became a Podiatrist. He just couldn’t understand why I was laughing throughout the movie.

I've heard of a Carlos O' Kelleys...maybe that's it. BTW... I went to the thrift store today and I picked up Topper Harley's chafing dish.:p

I didn't know that. What are they going to put there? I don't ever go over to the NEX mall anymore.
 
I have no idea about whats going there. I ate there once and vowed I would never go back. As for the mall at Norfolk, I cant stand that place. Its all about Little Creek. Smaller, has more things I like and the staff aren't chaffed.

That's exactly what it was but it was delicious. Interior was kinda Fudruckerish or St James Infirmary like out Moffet ways. Right on a main drag, Va. Beach Blvd maybe, I don't remember. :confused: Where's A4 when you need him, I think he was a plank owner since it was built in the 20's. :)
