Remind me to never attend a european airshow

Not exactly European-specific, though I bet the third pilot thought his number was up, too, when he saw his buddies collide.

That is sickening...you can actually see the pilot of the left collision aircraft leave the frame.

What?!? Why? Cause they had an air show accident? There were several in the U.S. this year. This year has been particularly bad for airshow pilots.

Unless people have seen it, the way things and people come apart at high speeds is quite disturbing to see first hand.

Yeah--think how bad a car crash is at 60mph, then think of going 2-10 times faster in something made of aluminum vice steel and crashing that. It's going to come apart, big time.

I am surprised the pilot didnt get choked on the spot.......
If I remember right, the pilot and his wso are serving 14 & 8 years respectively and were fined over 2 million in damages, so essentially, they got choked, just not on the spot.

Isn't this just another example of why intersecting maneuvers are really retarded? You think pilots would have learned after Rammstein.
