The Simpsons get the Airforce right

I want to send my future children (the ones I acknowledge unlike now) to a school where the grounds keeper has a 12 guage at the ready.....

That's nothing compared to the Simpsons getting the Osprey in the movie. Somehow the EPA got a few (dozen).

I do like how folks who aren't even in the military knock the AF. As if they have any real idea of how screwed up it is. Good times

True, but you have to admit that the Navy has a few things backwards as well.

And as the Dos Gringos put," Sure I thought about the Navy but decided to pass, I love my 5 Star hotels and per diem out the ass... Cable TVs and Cappuccinos, that's the way that you fight a war." ;)

Dos Gringos... *shudder*

Nothing wrong with the band but there is something definately wrong with the gay way that people seem to have some sort of singalong to their songs in AF bars.

Yeah I will agree to that one.

It seems that every Guard unit I am visiting/pledging regardless of what they fly sings along to almost every one of their songs.

I can understand their version Sammy Small is an oldie, and they do a version of another squadron's song, but every other one? It does get... annoying.

Though Jeremiah Weed is kinda catchy.

I seem to remember a Simpsons episode where Sideshow Bob jumps into an Air Force jet and presses the single large green button in the cockpit that says "FLY." Sideshow Bob: "Ah, the idiot-proof Air Force."
