Good Enough ASTB????

I received a 675 on my ASTB. I will probably graduate with a 3.4 in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Madison NRTOC. My LT (NFO) said those were good enough scores with my GPA, and I would have no problem getting accepted to flight school. I took Form 4, which I hear was the easiest.

Just looking for some other opinions if I should take it again.

it's a good enough score. I got the same my first time - 5/6/7 - My OSO insisted that they really don't care what you make on the ASTB, as long as you pass. I took that with a grain of salt. you can take it two more times, but the latest score is the score that counts. so don't do worse. I took it again and got a 7/7/6. but of course my age waiver didn't go through, so whatever.. good luck whatever you decide to do
 
The board DOES care what the score is! The higher the better. Also keep in mind as you share your scores that the score that makes it differs between NROTC guys and OCS applicants. Typically NROTC guys need lower astb scores then OCS applicants. And the scores a guy got who was selected a couple years ago provide little guidance today. Things change.
 
I had an 767 and only got NFO. Aerospace engineering at the academy did not give me a good GPA...
 
My ASTB score

I scored 4 5 5 on the 3rd shot, which is the very MIN for Pilot. I was picked up already. I think you are good.

This illustrates my previous post. Scores of 4, 5, and 5, for any program, would only get you an invitation to retest if you were an OCS applicant. ROTC guys obviously get a break.
I'll say it again. If you are sharing your scores here make a point of mentioning what commissioning source you are talking about.
