NKorea ready to discuss nuke disarmament

They want to get into direct talks with us ... they want the international legitimacy. Im sure the State Dept will keep working on ways to keep them at bay, but I dont think we are going to have direct talks. Then they will say we dont have the right "attitude", and we will be back at square one ... I give it a month.
