Hey guys,

I have pretty big quads, and when i run over 3 miles, the inside of my legs start to chafe. This happen to anyone else? Any tips? It usually doesnt bother me during the run itself, but the next day.. oohh man. :fight_125

You might also try running in spandex cycling or swimming shorts.

The A&D Ointment is actually the best when applied after you have chafe. It works for monkey butt too. A little before you hit the rack and you're golden the next day.
 
Lets see was it...Gold Bonds Powder the USAF was pushing.

Spandex under the running shorts...or try the green shorts the USMC guys run in.

Pick up a pair of underarmor "spandex" shorts to wear under your running shorts. Or stop into a bike shop and pick up some of the product that racers smear into their bike shorts.

I occasionally have this problem as well.
Gold Bond is amazing for this problem. Also try out a thicker salve. What ever you do, do not douse the chaffed area with rubbing alchohol...oohh the humanity.:icon_rage
