Pell Grant Issue

So I have seen on here that people have used their BDCP status to receive the federal Pell Grant so I thought I would try it myself. I submitted a FAFSA application to my school and gave them all necessary information and this was their reply. From everything I have read, I should qualify for it but they don't seem to think I do. Any thoughts?

As you’ve mentioned, have you tried browsing those posts? I want to say this has been asked and answered a few times already.
