Did you receive your "SELECTION FOR OFFICER CANDIDATE SCHOOL PROGRAM" from CNRC and your NAVCRUIT 1131 Service Agreement with Paygrade assigned? I'm pretty certain the CNRC typed notification on letterhead and signed by Commander, Deputy Director serves as the official notification and is what people refer to as "FINSEL". You and/or your triad should've received it shortly after confirming your date of release from the command.
 
Question for the already in-the-pipeline folks: part of the active duty application process was getting medically qualified from a flight doc which turned into receiving a letter from NAMI noting my qualification (see photo). Does this serve as a flight physical...? I went through all the steps for it (labs, chest xray, optometry, etc). Pretty sure this would've been a long-form physical even though I wasn't yet 25 y/o.

Side note, I'm a little salty that they say I need to wear corrective lenses for aviation duties. I've never worn glasses before, but I was struggling with my left eye during optometry smh. I want a redo.

I had some like chest stuff 4 years ago cuz I was taking a scoop of c4 every time I worked out (would not recommend lol) but I cleared at MEPS. Should I just go back to the doctor to double check that I’ll be good for NAMI?

That entirely depends on what constitutes “chest stuff.” Your best bet is to look through the Aeromedical Waiver Guide for your specific issue and see what it says. If it’s something that can be evaluated with testing and you want some peace of mind beforehand, I don’t think there’s any harm in seeing a civilian doctor. Just understand that NAMI will still go through its own process and make its own determination regardless of what your civilian doctor says.
 
Anybody have info about what the end of OCS looks like regarding moving HHG?
How much liberty is usually given after OCS and reporting to command?

You’ll have time. In candio phase you have your phones so you and your wife can easily communicate. And you’ll be able to get the move situated on DPS, assuming you’re medically cleared by then and have your orders. Time isn’t necessarily set aside to do these things but you’ll find the time.

They started on mine in March, when I met with my recruiter in July he could see it was completed. He said there’s a next level one that’ll need done if I end up flying platforms considered National Assets like the Growler.
