01JUN26 SNA/SNFO board

I had a question. I’m not sure if somebody already asked it. How long after results do you go to swear in? 3-4 weeks? (Hoping sooner i need the bdcp🫩)
I got the PRO REC-Y street application for 24 January 2027 yesterday, (All glory to God) and my recruiter broke it down to me like this:
Swear in 1/20, fly out 1/22, OCS 1/24
So 2 days apart… for me at least. She also told me the PRT is 45 days from OCS date if that clears anything else up.

By the way, it was such a joy getting through this waiting game together with you all. Can’t wait to see you all in Pcola for a beer or 10.

If unfortunately you didn’t get selected this time around, pray daily, don’t give up, and give this EVERYTHING you’ve possibly got if this is what you want to do.

God bless! Fly Navy!

I was told the same regarding the PRT. And that I'd swear in the week before OCS.

And to not giving up, I'll relay my timeline again: went into the office July 2024, got 63 7/6/8, missed out last May, my own fault. September was a rough board, wasn't confident with my 6 PFAR, retested in March for this board.

If you want to fly, don't even think about putting SNFO on your package. Keep your chin up for SNA, even if it takes a few tries. If you're looking at a second/third attempt at the ASTB, know your strengths/weaknesses and give yourself plenty of time to prepare. There are plenty of resources on this site, the greater internet, the prep app, and youtube. I'm particularly good at the math/mechanical stuff as well, so feel free to reach out in DMs if you'd like.

As soon as you get to Pensacola, you better get that damn tattoo you had everybody on this website stressed about and it better look badass.
