Nothing beats the E4 BDCP pay. I live at home, play golf, and PT. Feels like I’m stealing money from Uncle Sam

From previous experience, they draft flight orders then submit the authorization. I also know people (army side) that had to fight to get theirs processed and started. Lots of IG and congressionals.
