I’ve seen a lot of questions about the PRT. The PRT is a standard. You should be at the minimum standards for the PRT at all times. If you commission , part of your job is to stay in regulations (pass your PRT)

Aim for the best score. If you’re aiming to just barely pass, you are already failing yourself. As an officer you’ll be held to higher standards than enlisted. Don’t be that fat officer that can’t pass a PRT , or your enlisted will lose respect for you.

Yep, I’m ready to do one asap but was told it wasn’t necessary until my OCS date gets a bit closer. My recruiter hasn’t had me sign anything or do anything yet though so I really don’t know what the standard is.
