just arrived at Newport
Really? Mine said I needed to do one “as soon as possible” after getting ProRec to receive a FINSEL and again around the 45 day mark.I was selected and was told I don’t have to take my PRT or do anything really until the 45 day mark.
At this rate, we'll still be on this thread post-retirement with whatever horrendous memes we can find in 2051.Everybody likes to talk about the 15SEP board...that one was only 127 pages. Doesn't hold a candle to us 01JUN boys...
I second this questionHow important is the initial PRT for BDCP applicants?
Let’s make it to 200 pagesEverybody likes to talk about the 15SEP board...that one was only 127 pages. Doesn't hold a candle to us 01JUN boys...
Curious because we do it every six months. Just not entirely sure what score we NEED to hit for the initial. Recruiter just said to aim for GOOD-LOW. Obviously, trying for higher and aiming to improve as time goes onI second this question
Yep, I’m ready to do one asap but was told it wasn’t necessary until my OCS date gets a bit closer. My recruiter hasn’t had me sign anything or do anything yet though so I really don’t know what the standard is.Really? Solid picks across the board. I'll add Penelope Rio (if you like sweet things) and Larceny Barrel ProofWild Turkey Rare Breed, Weller, Eagle Rare, Blantons, Wild Turkey 101, Buffalo Trace, 1792 single barrel, Makers Private Select, Horse Soldier, and (not a bourbon) Jack Daniels Single Barrel Rye are my go-to pours. Can't go wrong with any of those.
3-4 months typically.Anybody know what the gap usually is between selection date and OCS date? Specifically for SNA if that changes anything.
That’s dependent on a LOT of factors. Anywhere from a couple weeks to a year+Anybody know what the gap usually is between selection date and OCS date? Specifically for SNA if that changes anything.
