Yeah. I figured they would be treated the same once the packages were submitted. I qualified ISEL so didn’t see a need to go ISPPdang you went ISEL instead of ISPP?

You should be good lol. Don’t think PFA scores are weighed too heavily against ASTBdamn.. well i may have messed up my ISPP package lol. submitted it with my excellent PRT, but didn't use my brain and in the most recent PRT i decided to row for the first time ever... good high... hopefully they dont check my PRIMS and count that as a disqualification..
for ISPP a requirement is an excellent PRT for your last PRT, no exceptionsYou should be good lol. Don’t think PFA scores are weighed too heavily against ASTB
looking at the past spreadsheets, havent seen a denied ISPP. my friend went ISPP last year and he said it is 100% guaranteedI’m interested to see if all of us ISPP applicants actually get selected. See if this PA is as good as we think lol.
That’s good to hear. I didn’t even think about looking at the past ones haha. It’s also good to hear you know someone in real life that did it. Because no one even knows what it is hahalooking at the past spreadsheets, havent seen a denied ISPP. my friend went ISPP last year and he said it is 100% guaranteed
The coordinator at my command who's last tour was officer recruiting also didn't know about it until after I showed him the PA. I almost submitted a regular package until I saw talk about ISPP on the mustang FB page. That’s good to hear. I didn’t even think about looking at the past ones haha. huh... interesting!URLO ISPP was established around 2021 as a two-year pilot program. While it was not a DEI initiative, it was a recommendation that came from Task Force ONE Navy (along with BDCP) which did a top to bottom deep dive of all DEI programs and initiatives that were helping/hurting the Navy. Between the two year pilot program and current Administration direction of removing all things DEI, it wasn't expected to last but alas, it is still an active commissioning program for enlisted Navy Sailors who meet the program criteria.

My buddy is applying and meets all the ISPP requirements but the admiral that is endorsing it won’t endorse it until he improves his ASTB (he got a 5/8/7). Kinda confusing because I thought the point of ISPP was like what Guru said, to give AD applicants who aren’t super competitive and option to commission.huh... interesting!
That’s lame. Says in the PA you just need to meet minimum requirements. I only got a 5/6/7 on mine. Was the first time I took the ASTB. I Felt there was no point in doing it again since I scored higher than the minimum (for NFO)My buddy is applying and meets all the ISPP requirements but the admiral that is endorsing it won’t endorse it until he improves his ASTB (he got a 5/8/7). super lame. i had no idea what the OAR or ASTB would consist of and went in blind and scored the minimums. PA said i only needed minimums so i sent it. shoutout Vice Admiral Vernazza for the endorsement. he's the man and i owe him oneThat’s lame. Says in the PA you just need to meet minimum requirements.
