01JUN26 SNA/SNFO board

I think this is a valid question to ask. It's on the test, and you nearly spend more time on that portion than all the other portions of the test. It must be there for a reason. I'm curious as well.

I never said it was a dumb question, I was showing the why piece that the LCAC score isn’t factored for Pilot / NFO eligibility and or board selection.

Someone beat me to the punch with what the LCAC score is.

This link has a paper explaining what the whole process/reasoning was. There's a section talking about the LPSS score (Called LCSS in the paper).

I’ve learned that everyone from the recruiter to NRC can’t even accurately ballpark timelines for even individual steps.

ISEL packages from 4+ months ago are really going to hear back at the same time as the regular board lol

Edit: I know I complain a lot. Consider it proof I was a submariner 😅

I'd take complaining as anyone who wants to know the reason behind certain decisions. Obviously there's a point where it just gets annoying, but I usually don't mind. 😂

Not putting you on the spot since you’re just the messenger, but this is why @exNavyOffRec and myself are / were never able to put out advance notice for results. When they arrive they arrive.

This week is definitely the week ISEL hears back, I feel it in my bones

I don't understand how a board will know how many billets that they can give out without knowing how many they used on ISEL's. ISEL's should have heard back way before this board date. Not sure how this is going to work.
