I picked up running as a hobby six years ago only to get injured. The injury eventually turned into arthritis according to a MRI scan, and the doctor told me it’s my fault I caused my arthritis. I am in my mid 20s, and I still can’t even walk without pain. I am so mad how fragile the human body is and the fact I basically disqualified myself from the military

Well, pick up a new hobby, I guess. Running isn't for everyone. Your doctor sounds like an asshole also.

More likely you have some form of runners injury like Osgood–Schlatter or such.
 
Knees-over-toes guy is really great for this kind of thing, tons of free stuff on IG. A sports physical therapist can absolutely help you.
 
If you're in your mid-20s and it hurts to walk because of running, please see a sports doctor.

My dude... based on your posting history here, you've got a number of medical issues that will more than likely preclude you from service. Nobody on this site is going to provide better solutions than your physician. If you don't like what one doc is telling you, get a second opinion. I recommend that you stop creating new threads for every ailment or dissatisfying experience with a doctor.

Also, why are you posting from Taiwan?
