Are you using AI - and how?

For you airline types, assembling bids seems to be the perfect AI use case.

Here a colleague at DAL is using the company O365 and MS Copilot... IMG_20260406_113741~2.jpg

Fed it the SOAs of the last 2 guys in my job and told it to add some specific things I had done. Gave me about a 90% product which I then played with for 15 minutes and was done.

I’ve used it to get out of the starting blocks when I’m stuck staring at a blank screen, or need to tie together several ideas without writing a novella. Most notable example: the email to my former boss that got me into my current role at work.

Oddly enough, using AI has helped me learn to communicate more concisely, so I use AI less now. It worked itself out of a job. ;)

Wow. I would have thought OPSEC concerns would make putting a flight schedule into AI a bad idea.

Guess those concerns aren't what I thought they were...

In AF land, the DOW Gemini has been trained on AF style guide for O, E, and CIV performance appraisal narrative and it's been a game changer.

Unless they’re using the new DoD AI ( whatever that is), I would share those concerns if commercial LLMs are being used for that purpose
