ISEL I think is just a whole different beast. They'll let you know when they want to is the impression I've gotten from those who have been selected. Zfriedman got selected back in February but some other ISEL's got selected recently, so it just seems like it is almost vibes based
 
I just know that if I am able to get a date that is somewhere in the late summer range, I am going to melt. If it is anywhere above 72 degrees and really humid, I do not have fun.
