I think they get published on our personal BOL at the same time as when they receive it. My XO showed me his view and it happened around the same time.

Also funny lol the chief I spoke to also sends out the selection emails. Even went into how she usually waits for all the programs before she releases but this time she released them as they came in and that IP hasn’t been sent to her yet

The OCM works for NPC, the results are processed and sent out by NRC.
