I spoke with my OR today about getting a reentry wavier approved for this board and they didn’t mention it being canceled. Anyone else hear cancellation directly from an OR?

I checked the board schedule for a friend today. It shows the March board is cancelled but the following boards are still happening.

Additionally, to anyone concerned with getting a waiver for degree completion when I submitted my package I was not done with my degree. I submitted early and was instructed to submit transcripts once able. A "surprise" board convened and NRC made me a degree completion waiver and I was selected. My OCS date was right after they received my transcripts with conferred degree. I was enlisted AD during this time. Your experience may vary.
 
I'm thinking about throwing in my lot for SWO ISEL after my intel application got nuked for having a first degree relationship with France. Does anyone have an idea about how viable that is seeing as the march board is cancelled?

I think you'd run into the same problems + I've been told they haven't done a SWO ISEL board for a few years so it might not even be an option in general.
 
I’m active duty 8 years TIS, and I just received word and the official signed documentation that my waivers have been APPROVED! My experience now mimics that of 3 peers I have contacted going down the same path.

Now time to wait!

Historically NRC will not give a waiver for a person on AD who has not completed their degree, I believe the last one I did see was when an AD would receive their degree in between the board deadline and the board convening.

That's good, they have been taking nearly 100% of those that apply which might have them being a bit loose on the guidelines.
