02Sept25 SWO Board

In short i ve waited for months on this checked in multiple times the incompetence knows no bounds. I dont blame my recruiter she submitted my packet but if my first choice is cancelled why wouldnt they process me it s just screwed up.

I ve been waiting since MAY

recruiter told me earliest I could put in for now would be November board

Just my damn luck always getting screwed over beyond frustrating as I asked them multiple times prior am I at this board and they told me I was.

Does anyone know if I can sign for enlisted reserves but push it out until Jan and go officer if I get selected if not do enlisted reserves

that sucks i’m sorry. i’m actually so scared that im also not on this board, i asked an AD to check the at-board list and they said i was not on it but my recruiter said I am. only way to find out is when everyone finds out i guess because it will then be confirmed i didn't get it because i wasn't on this board.

This also happened to me. My old recruiter submitted me for an IWC board in June, which was then rolled into the August 11th IWC board. However, my old OR didn't really inform me and assumed they'd get back to me about my second choice (SWO), but then I got a new OR, and he was like, "Yeah, you aren't on the AT list for SWO (2nd choice)," because my first board was cancelled/postponed to another board a month later, so they shifted my 2nd choice (SWO) to this board, after my first choice.

(TLDR; Board #1 THEN Board #2. If your first-choice board is cancelled or postponed, your second-choice application will be moved to a board AFTER your rescheduled first board.)

No. The next supply board is in December. I had it as my 1st as the board was before this one and it got cancelled.

Why this is a rule is just dumb
People shouldn't be delayed for a board being cancelled

You can ask your recruiter to change it. That way you can be considered for SWO in November. Otherwise you’ll still have to wait

I did been waiting since May just mass incompetence. You would think back in July when I told the recruiter ok just have me apply for Swo they d at least check that I get people make mistakes it s really really frustrating
