Hmm actually I just checked my conversation with my recruiter again and I got the I “should be at board regardless” confirmation before the deadline so it definitely should’ve been processed and submitted before the deadline to the regular board then even after the I-Sel pushback.

My recruiter’s the same way man. Dragging his feet every step of the way with no communication. I had my package ready for ISEL in March, and here we are.

Same experiences for sure. No comms despite multiple attempts recently since 16Jul when our call indicate all was submitted and fixed from what processing requested. Absolute disappointment to find out from someone else I had to ask to check that Im not even at this board for whatever reason.

For those that are dealing with unproductive recruiters, don’t be afraid to walk in your NRC and respectfully ask to talk to the CMC. My recruiter made me miss 2 boards, didn’t communicate with me for almost 6 weeks for just an update. My recruiter was PCSing soon, so I feel like that was the reason he didn’t care anymore. But eventually, after I spoke to the CMC, my recruiter turned to a servant reaalll quick.
