Ohio Naval Militia. Any insight? Do they give out NAMs?

@ChuckMK23 and I are currently at Dunkin’ (see orange circle) wearing our Speedmasters on Speedy Tuesday (see red circles)…and we’ve been discussing the Ohio Naval Militia (see blue circle). Anybody familiar with this organization? NAMs galore?

The New York Naval Militia is a very active organization. They basically set up the command center following the 9/11 attacks because they had experience running what amounted to a CIC in the early days
