I submitted my STA-21 package last month.
I was reading all the posts from FY10-FY18.
Anyone wanna share their experience with this program?

Being that the last post is from FY18, I could imagine not much activity on STA-21 these days.

Also, being that the program is nuke centric doesn’t help much.

Find a local NROTC unit and network with some OC’s/STA-21 types.

Thank you! I know this program is really really selective.
I was comparing my package with all the OCs or applicants before.
My package is good but I could do much better in the future.
Do you know how the actual selection board work?

Torn between doing STA21 or just finishing out my last 2 years on my degree and going OCS route, any benefits to either in concerns of probability of being selected?

Unless you're trying for a Nuke slot, your chances are much better via OCS.
