Board doesn't really care about OAR?
are u referring to the SWO or all boards. I submitted my packet back in 2017 for SUPPO and to my agony I wasn't selected. I thought that might be due to the 43 OAR I had
now am trying for SWO

Supply looks at different things, you cannot compare the two designators.

I think you will be fine. I’m pretty sure when you get selected they look at all that including the waiver for it.

??? The waiver has to be approved prior board consideration. If you got selected your must have been approved.

Your package wouldn’t make it to the board if your age waiver was not approved yet. They probably didn’t send your recruiter that your waiver was approved, or your recruiter either missed the email or didn’t tell you it was approved.
