Ok, so I am curious what they actually test for when we are given a whiz quiz. In particular, do they tests for supplements, like creatine, or OTCs that we are not supposed to be taking as aviators?
If you're a military aviator (or applicant) and they are substances that should not be taken by an aviator, then it really doesn't matter if they test for them or not. Military aviators are officers and officers have integrity. They don't take prohibited or illegal substances.
If this is a problem for you, then don't apply. We don't want or need you.
You're an O. Don't do things you're not supposed to. PERIOD.
You are either willing to break the rules or not. If you are, then you need to be prepared to accept the consequences, not try to figure out how you can avoid them.clearly what was i thinking? no one ever bends rules, even an over zealous sna who doesn't want to go med down for a being sick when he is not flying and thinks it is something a little advil cold and sinus can heal. i do appreciate the responses
believe it or not Gatorade is prohibited because it is considered performance enhancing
