Band of Brothers, Rome, and West Wing were some of my favorite series ever produced. Rome season 1 was insanely awesome.

Early in the series but so far New Girl is really funny and Tera Nova has been good as well.

The Walking Dead- I think they're only on season 2, and the first season was only 6 episodes or so in true AMC fashion. Great show though.

If you really want a challenge, try to get through the Ken Burns documentaries. I've seen all 10 innings of Baseball, most of Jazz, most of the Civil War, most of The War, and 1/3 of Prohibition. All excellent.

AMC seems to know what they're doing with 3 shows on my list
