Hello, my husband has recently decided that he no longer wants to go through with his air contract with the USMC. He instead wants to go ground. We are still in college and he is in ROTC right now. We will both be graduating in May and the he is headed to OCC and then TBS. Although he has already signed this contract, can he switch to a ground contract since he is still so far in advance? Thank you.

Edited for font size. Why would you use a font nobody can read? Just stick with the default.

Yes he can. And I would recommend he wait until TBS to make such a consequential decision given his myopic view of what 'ground' and 'air' means right now. Maybe his perspective will change after OCS. He'll have the opportunity to drop during TBS. Keep in mind that it's MUCH more difficult to go from ground to air than it is vice-versa.
