I plan to commission as a SWO officer and my recruiter is setting a date for an interview. He informed me that most people don’t pass on their first attempt. What questions can I expect from this interview?

Yes they are, hence I would suggest you ask your recruiter for details. If something doesn't make sense whenever you talk to them, just ask for details.
