Do S-3 guys have to wear g-suits? I ask this question because the aircraft is only rated to a max of 3-4 g's.

They do not wear G suits. The also have boom mikes on their helmets, vice the standard O2 mask that other jet guys wear. They do carry a mask, but only for very high altitude and emergencies.
