Howdy,
I am currently a junior in college right now majoring in Computer Science with a 4.0 GPA. I am currently working with recruiter right now to go through the NUPOC pipeline as it is something that I am interested in. I will be going to the NVIP trip pretty soon and I feel as though that might help me decide whether or not I would like to go that route. However, lately I have been increasingly interested in becoming a naval flight officer. I have done some research online and it seems that you would need pretty good vision to become one. I don't have perfect eyesight (maybe around 20/50 in the right eye and 20/40 in the left) and I have been wanting to know how frequently they give sight waivers for those who want to become NFOs. Also, I am wondering how competitive it is to become a NFO through OCS.
