Question regarding MEPS and DD2807

Hey all, I filled out my DD2807 with my recruiter about a month ago, and have my MEPS appointment in a couple days.

A few days ago I had some minor testicular pain, went to my primary care doc, who said it was just a mild bruise, and it has since went away.

My question is do I have to resubmit my DD2807 with this new stuff (History of testicular pain box checked), or can I just inform the doctor about it at MEPS?

You should probably tell and ask your recruiter… who is your point of contact for all of this.
