I built the flaps and slats for the A-6 rewing back in the late 80's and I wondered then what would happen if they updated the A-6 airframe with modern technology. Be one hell of a plane. Wish they would do the same with the old Sea King helicopter. Lets see an SH-60 water taxi down the St. Johns after losing an engine.
