prk with wavefront laser

I was reading the nami waiver and it said in there that applicants with wavefront guided prk are not approved for a waiver under the guidelines that are applicable to conventional prk. I got my prk done about 2 months ago and I think it was with a wavefront laser and my vision is 20/20. I couldn't find anything else on the website about it. Does anyone know what this means?

Call up NAMI. When I inquired a month ago, Wavefront was being investigated and they should have the verdict by now.
