Quit talking out of your ass. I've seen the care that Navy specialists give first hand, and it's exceptional.

I was born in a military hospital, and have dealt almost exclusively with military medicine my whole life. I have experienced a wide spectrum of doctors, going from the lazy/incompetent to the exceptional. You may have experienced one end of the spectrum, and he may have experienced the other.
