What happened to the Osprey? Is the Navy starting testing on it again? What's it going to replace in the Navy, if anything? Thanks

This site should shed some light. The Osprey had been under review after a fatal crash of a MV-22. The Marine Corps restarted testing and production in Feb. '02.
