Does anyone know how the tests are at OCS (military history, engineering, etc.), are they very difficult. And what is the best way to prepare for them before going to OCS. And what is the best way in preparing for them while at OCS, so that a candidate won't fail two tests and result in being rolled to another class.

OCS test are made so you can pass. The instructors do such good reviews the day before the tests. DO not hassle yourself and try to study for these tests before going to OCS. You will have to study, but study the review your specific instructor gives. the ONLY way to get ahead and this is if you are sitting on your ass all day bored to death, is to get the paper books from prior Officer Candidates and maybe breeze through them. These tests are the least of your worries. have fun before ocs, relax, drink a few beers ;)

With all that said, there are still people who roll from class for Academic failures. You don't have to study for these classes before going to OCS, but don't let anyone fool you into believing that you will be able to breeze through academics with no effort. Some will, but most will not.
