NFO career path out of ROTC

OK like my previous post said after my flight physical yesterday I suddenly find myself OK for NFO and not pilot, and I never put much thought into NFO. What is the career path for NFO's out of ROTC? I know we owe flight school plus 6, so is the 6 a 3 year sea tour and a 3 year shore duty? Or 2 year sea, 2 year shore, 2 year sea?
