His name is Max. Beagle/basset hound mix. His previous owners (Army EDO types) PCS'd out of Eglin AFB and left him tied to the front porch of their base housing bungalow.
After two days, the neighbors took him in and held on to him for a few weeks. After nobody could contact his previous owners and nobody came to get Max, we got him.
