Really? It's been years since I've seen one takeoff from a carrier without a cat launch,... and go vertical before end of the boat.
I'm thinking his thrust to weight ratio is a tad higher than most of us are use to seeing.

YEAH I'M GONNA HAVE TO AGREE WITH YOU ON THAT ONE
That is because the rotate vertical maneuver is nowhere in CV NATOPS.
