Yeah, I'm not doubting that Whiting could be a target, but I do wonder how realistic those targets are (it is supposedly from FEMA). It seems like if there's a city in a state, it gets hit, according to the map. And why does Waimea need to get hit? All that's there are a bunch of Ice dealers.
