At the NSAWC Change of Command on Friday in which Rear Admiral "Fozzie" Miller relieved Rear Admiral Mark "MRT" Fox, the guest of honor was Admiral Tim "Timbo" Keating who awarded first leadership award at NSAWC named after his legacy of good works and mentorship to several generations of Naval Aviators. RADM Fox announced the first recipient to be CDR Dan Cheever, currently the NSAWC N5 and former CO of VFA-147. Upon taking the podium after assuming command, "Fozzie" ordained that henceforth the award will be known as the "Timbo".

Note: RADM Fox is heading to 5th Fleet and adds another star to his collar.
